It was another amazing day watching American Pharoah doing what he loves. On a beautiful sunny day in New Jersey, at Monmouth Park, American Pharoah didn't disappoint. He showed America, New Jersey, and all horse fans his true greatness. As the day went on people began to quickly pack the track. People wearing AP's silk colors. People there hoping to get a picture or glimpse of a horse that has captured the world of horse racings attention and hearts. People arrived as early as 9am to be the first to enter the tracks grounds, hoping to get the best spot to witness AP continue his dominant 3 year old history making campaign. Some would think the Triple Crown would be enough, but not this horse. He looks like he is gearing up for another Triple Crown; Haskell, Travers and/or PA derby, then lastly the Breeders Cup. I think AP could've easily won the Haskell by 15 lengths. Victor and AP galloped that last furlong to show us there is plenty more entertainment to come and I cannot wait to see it. The Kentucky Derby has "My old kentucky home." Belmont Stakes has "New york, new york." Well New Jersey and Monmouth Park has Bruce Springsteen's "Born to Run," and on this day as American Pharoah continued to make history, he just wanted to show us that he was born to run!!!
